- Change the name of the tutorial to drop "Change or" because the change process is identical to the "Assign" process.
- I was going to rename the file to match, but encountered difficulties with that process relating to the IA restructure, redirects, and localization. I decided it was best to leave that kind of mass find-and-replace work to a separate PR, to minimize merge conflicts and make reviewing easier.
- Rewrite the tutorial following current best practices, with new sample code in JavaScript and Python.
- Sibling PR to Rewrite "Assign Regular Key Pair" tutorial. #3466 and Rewrite "Disable Master Key Pair" tutorial #3471.
